Baked Sakura Doughnuts Recipe

Aren't these baked sakura doughnuts and so cute? They're super slowly to brand also.


I used two different 'sakura sources' for this: sakura flower pulverization together with soluble sakura leaf pulverization. Ingredients for Doughnuts:

100ml milk

25g unsalted butter, melted
50g caster sugar
115g self-raising flour
two tbsp sakura bloom pulverization

Ingredients for Glaze:

2 tsp soluble sakura foliage pulverisation
2 tbsp milk (approx.)
150g icing carbohydrate

Ingredients to Decorate:

50g white chocolate, melted (no involve to temper)
Crunchy sakura flakes
Icing flowers

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C too lightly grease your doughnut pan (no involve to grease if it's silicone).
