Ingredients
Ragi(Whole)/Finger Millet - i cup
Urad dal - one/4 loving cup
Methi seeds - 1 tsp
Cooked rice - ii tbsp
Method
Wash the ragi,urad dal too methi till the H2O runs clear.
Soak for two-iii hours.
In a mixer shock add together the saoked too drained ragi,urad dal,methi along with rice in addition to grind to a smooth batter adding plenty water.
Ferment the batter overnight or for eight-x hours.
Add salt to gustation too loosen the batter if required with water to make dosa.
Heat a shape iron pan together with brand dosa with ghee.Don't skip the ghee every bit it helps to absorbs nutrients in the millets.
