Homemade Scented Watercolor Paint Recipe

It has been way as well long since I've shared a new paint recipe!  Well really, this isn't a novel recipe.  We've made it earlier.  Since these scented watercolors are and so slow too inexpensive to make I decided they needed to live in a mail service of their ain.
