Pressure Cooker Chole Recipe

Ingredients

Kabuli Channa - ane loving cup,washed in addition to soaked overnight or for vi-8 hours

Tomato - 2 medium,chopped
Oil - ii tbsp
Jeera - 1/ii tsp
Whole Garam Masala - two bay leaf,iv cloves,ii cardamom,one' piece Cinnamon
Red chilly pulverisation - ane tsp
Haldi - one/iv tsp
Coriander pulverisation - 1/two tsp
Garam masala - ane/2 tsp
Chole Masala - i ane/ii tsp
Roasted Cumin powder - ane/two tsp I didn't have this,so skipped
Water - 2 cups (I boiled the water and added 1 tsp tea to it,allow it boil.Strained too used this water to cook the chole.This gives it a deep brownish colour without any aftertaste of tea.You could skip this pace too function plainly water or purpose i tea bag if yous have)
Salt to gustatory modality
Coriander leaves to garnish

Method

Make a paste of onions,garlic together with ginger.Puree the tomatoes.Reserve.
In a pressure cooker add oil in addition to splutter jeera along alongside the whole garam masala.
Add cherry-red chilly pulverisation in addition to haldi in addition to simmer the flame.Cover together with cook for a minute.
Add the onion+ginger+garlic paste together with saute good.Cover together with make for a minute.
