Chocolate Daisy Cake

White daisies meet sprinkles here amongst the easiest chocolate melt flower cake to engagement! These intricate pedals take only a pair things to course, and make quite the sweet, but elegant argument on this white chocolate daisy cake.

I've ever loved peonies, but another dear of mine are daisies. I call up on "You've Got Mail" when Meg Ryan says something along the lines of how daisies are the friendliest flowers. I totally concur! When I run across daisies, I intend of my grandma - she grew lots of beautiful flowers inwards her immaculate gardens. She would grow daisies by the sand pit where we'd roast marshmallows, hot dogs, dig inwards the dirt, as well as swing on the swingset. Oh how I young lady her. Funny how things remind of people then chop-chop - only what a slap-up way to award them so past making fun things to aid us remind us of them, too, similar happy daisy cakes. 


Let'second dive into this fun niggling cake, shall we?

First, this beauty was inspired over again by my darling baking friend, Erin Gardner, and her clever ingenuity when it comes to all things chocolate flowers on cakes! I adore her creations together with accept e'er wanted to make a few of my own. 

This 1 involved ii things - melting chocolate together with a paring knife! That's it, actually. I'll walk yous through the steps below. 


Like I said, all y'all involve are these 2 things higher up to make the magic hap. Melt your melting chocolate in a glass bowl inwards the microwave for a minute, or function a melting pot to easy melt that chocolate to an most liquid land. Lay downwardly approximately parchment paper on the edge of your counter. I would normally have y'all put the parchment on a cookie sail, merely I feel like having that border on the counter makes this entire process so much easier. 


Place a picayune bit of the chocolate on the knife, either with a spoon or past dunking the knife into the chocolate. 


Then slightly (real slightly, near no pressure at all) press the chocolate side of the knife parallel to the parchment paper edge as well as slightly rub it downwards, and so force it away. Chocolate Daisy Cake


Ingredients/Supplies: 
parchment paper
paring knife
chocolate melts
cake
buttercream
sprinkles

Method:
