Ingredients

Full-cream milk - one litre
Saffron strands - ane/ii tsp[I skipped this too added saffron strands simply for garnish]
Grated carrots - ane ane/iv cups
Cashewnut & Raisins - i/2 loving cup[the master copy recipe uses almonds]
Sugar - one/two-three/four loving cup

Method

Heat 1/iv cup of the measured milk too soak saffron in it for 30 minutes.I omitted this pace every bit I completely forgot near it :)
Place ane/iv cup H2O in a heavy based pan.Add carrots together with prepare over moderate estrus for vii-8 minutes till tender.
