Ingredients

Sweet corn - 1 cup I used steamed corn kernels
Tomato - i/2 cup,finely chopped
Onion - ane/4 cup,finely chopped
Grated kokosnoot - i tsp
Cumin/jeera - 1/iv tsp
Green chilly - ane I used half as it was very spicy
Coriander leaves - ii tbsp,chopped
Salt to taste

Method

Grind together coconut,jeera together with greenish chilly to a coarse paste.
In a mixing bowl,add together the corn kernels,tomato plant,onion,ground kokosnoot,coriander leaves and table salt to gustation.Give a proficient mix.
Serve chilled.It tastes smashing on a toasted Lijjat pappad too.
