Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

Flour- 200 gm
Castor sugar - 150 gm
Cocoa pulverization - 30 gm
Baking soda - 2 tsp
Chocolate Chips - 175 gm
Eggs - two
Oil - 100 ml
Curd - 200 gm
Water - fifty ml

Method

Preheat oven to 175C.Prepare a muffin can/cupcake tray amongst liners.
In a bowl mix together sugar,eggs and fossil oil together with whisk good.
Sift together flour,cocoa pulverization together with baking soda in addition to add together into the moisture ingredients.
Mix in the curd too H2O and whisk till you become a polish batter.
Add one tbsp flour to the chocolate chips in addition to mix well.Add that into the batter together with bend.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cupcake comes out make clean.
