Ingredients

Rice- ane/2 cup I used regular raw rice
Toor dal - one/iv cup I used a mix of 3 dals,you could use only toor dal if so increase quantity to 1/2 cup
Moong dal & Masoor dal - ane/4 loving cup
Mixed vegetables - ane loving cup I used beans,carrot,capsicum and green peas
Grated kokosnoot or Copra - i/two tbsp
Bisi Bele Bath Masala - one tbsp
Tamarind paste - 3/iv tsp
Jaggery - ane/ii tsp
Water - 4 cups
Salt to sense of taste

For the tadka

Oil - i 1/two tbsp
Mustard seeds - i/2 tsp
Hing/asafoetida - ane/2 tsp
Dried ruby chilly - one
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Cinnamon stick - 1' piece
Haldi/turmeric pulverisation - one/4 tsp

For garnish

Oil/ghee - ane tbsp
Peanuts - a handful
Curry leaves - a few

Method

Wash the rice together with dals in addition to soak in enough H2O till yous get the other stuff ready.
In a pressure level cooker add petroleum in addition to splutter mustard seeds.
Add hing,chilly,curry leaves,cinnamon in addition to haldi.Saute for a few seconds.
Mix in the vegetables,rice,dal,bbb masala,kokosnoot,tamarind,jaggery together with water.
Add common salt to gustatory modality.Cover too pressure ready for iv-v whistles or till the vegetables too rice make till nearly mushy.
